How long does delivery take across Pakistan?

Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) usually receive orders within 2-3 days, while smaller cities may take 4-5 days.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD across Pakistan along with secure online payment options. You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order anytime through our Track Order page.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Currently, we focus on delivering across Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned!

Returns & Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or easy paisa.
