Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing your order, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
We deliver across Pakistan with the following estimated delivery times:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2-3 business days
- Other major cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.): 3-4 business days
- Smaller cities and towns: 4-5 business days
Business days exclude weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, size, and delivery location. Many products in our catalog qualify for free delivery — look for the "Free Delivery" badge on product pages.
Standard shipping rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden charges.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You can pay in cash to the courier upon receiving your order. Please ensure exact change is available, as couriers may not carry sufficient change for large amounts.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your shipment through our Track Order page or directly through the courier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately:

- We'll resolve the issue within 24-48 hours
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Some remote areas may have limited courier service availability — we'll notify you if there are any delivery constraints for your location.
